Skills Required: Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Camp Boss in offshore or remote site environments Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of offshore catering, housekeeping, and camp maintenance operations Inventory and stock control experience Ability to manage multicultural staff and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety Problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Excel, Word, etc.)
Education
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred Valid Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) or HUET certificate Valid Seaman s Book / CDC (if applicable) Food safety and hygiene certifications (e.g., HACCP Level 2 or above) Schengen Visa (for overseas offshore locations, if required)
