Our service offering is a primary driver for our business growth. To leverage this we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead the expansion of our Oil & Gas business.
You will draw upon 10 years of experience in Field Operation Maintenance and Engineering Services Sales to identify and qualify high-value business targets. This is a pivotal hands-on role where you will own the end-to-end sales processfrom initial research and site visits (including equipment inspection and pilot trials) to the development of detailed comprehensive and commercially viable proposals.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Proactively develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the pipeline and achieve annual revenue targets.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic positioning
Relationship Building & Networking: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders decision-makers and industry associations
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to senior management
Tender & RFQ Management: Respond to formal tenders and RFQs with competitive technically sound proposals
Customer Retention & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and maximize customer lifetime value
Risk Assessment & Compliance: Ensure all proposals and contracts align with company policies regulatory requirements and risk management standards
Account Management: Manage and cultivate existing Service Agreement Accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Technical Sales & Proposals: Identify customer issues and present tailored technical solutions. Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for Service and Brownfield projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Service Engineering and Process Departments to ensure world-class technical support for customers.
Growth Initiatives: Develop and promote Complete Site Services growth initiatives.
Client Interface: Act as the primary interface for sales-related communications leading negotiations and closing complex deals.
Qualifications :
Experience: 10 years of proven experience in Field Operation Maintenance and Engineering Services Sales within the Oil & Gas sector in the MEA and South Asian regions
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge of Oil & Gas processes and Produced Water treatment.
Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated success in end-to-end sales including proposal development contract negotiation and risk analysis.
Hands-on Approach: Willingness to visit client sites perform equipment inspections and run pilot trials.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills; highly organized self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
Travel: Willingness to undertake international travel as required
