Job Summary
A chic all-day dining room opening in Dubai built on a single idea simple things done properly from the first coffee of the day to the last drink of the night.
You run the bar across the whole day coffee and tea service in the morning cocktails and aperitivo by evening.
What the role covers
- Craft drinks with precision and speed across every part of the day
- Keep the bar clean stocked compliant and ready throughout service
- Recommend with confidence and make the bar the best seat in the room
- Work in sync with the floor and the kitchen through peak service
What were looking for
- One to two years as a bartender in an upscale or fine dining environment
- Solid knowledge of spirits cocktails coffee and tea
- Awareness of UAE regulations on alcohol service
- Fluent English; a second European language an advantage
