We are looking for a dynamic results-driven Assistant Sales Manager - Arabic Speaking to join our Sales team at Novotel & ibis Gate Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Develop new business opportunities across corporate MICE travel trade and government segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales calls client meetings hotel site inspections and presentations.
• Negotiate corporate rates prepare proposals and manage client agreements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and increase room-night production and revenue.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management Reservations and other hotel departments to maximize business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records account profiles and sales reports.
• Promote both Novotel and ibis Gate Hotel to maximize cross-selling opportunities and market share.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in hotel sales preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and corporate client segments.
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
• Good knowledge of hotel sales systems and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
