Assistant Project Management UAE National

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab this role you will support the project management team in coordinating and executing projects from initiation through completion. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and according to quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your project management expertise while contributing to the success of our organization.

• Assist in planning scheduling and coordinating project activities and timelines
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports meeting minutes and project schedules
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and team members
• Support the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues
• Coordinate communication between project teams clients and stakeholders
• Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation for assigned projects
• Organize and schedule project meetings workshops and presentations
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Support the onboarding and coordination of project team members
• Maintain organized project files and documentation systems
• Assist in analyzing project performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering - Civil / Mechanical / Electrical (recent graduates welcome)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Foundational understanding of project management principles and basic planning concepts

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Academic or internship experience in engineering projects project coordination or technical support roles
• Technical background or experience with engineering project workflows
• Basic understanding of budget tracking and resource management concepts
• Strong eagerness to develop expertise in project management and risk assessment
