Key Responsibilities:

- Provide top-notch customer service to all guests

- Maintain the facilities to ensure a clean and welcoming environment

- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations

- Attend to daily operations including explaining pricing and setting up scoring systems

- Assist guests with arcade games, billiard hall, and equipment rentals

- Monitor and maintain bowling equipment, including cleaning, organizing, and troubleshooting

Requirements & Skills:

- Fluency in Arabic and English languages

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Basic knowledge of bowling equipment and maintenance

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
