The successful candidate will prepare authentic Arabic dishes while maintaining excellent standards of taste presentation hygiene and kitchen organization expected within a luxury hospitality environment. ## Key Responsibilities * Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Arabic dishes. * Ensure consistent food quality taste portioning and presentation. * Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place efficiently. * Follow approved recipes and hotel food standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation. * Follow food safety hygiene and HACCP procedures. * Monitor ingredients and report stock requirements. * Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently. * Coordinate with the kitchen team during daily operations and busy service periods. ## Requirements * **Male candidate.** * Previous experience as an **Arabic Cook / Arabic Cuisine Cook**. * Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine. * Hotel resort restaurant or professional kitchen experience preferred. * Good knowledge of food preparation cooking and presentation. * Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards. * Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Professional clean and well-organized working style. * Luxury hospitality experience is an advantage. ## Salary & Benefits **Salary:** AED **2500 per month** * **Accommodation Provided** * **One Meal Provided** * **Medical Insurance Provided** * **Employment Visa Provided** ## Application **WhatsApp:** **Email:** (mailto:) **Website:** ()
