Job Title: Accountant
Location: Business Bay Dubai
Salary: Up to AED 7000/month

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 5 years of experience including a minimum of 2 years in the UAE to join our team in Business Bay Dubai. Experience in the real estate or property development sector is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records ledgers and reports

Handle accounts payable/receivable bank reconciliations and general ledger functions

Assist with monthly quarterly and annual closings

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirements

Support internal and external audits

Coordinate with external vendors clients and internal departments

Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience

At least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Experience in real estate or development companies is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
