Bachelors Degree (preferably .) OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or
education from which comparable knowledge skills and abilities have been achieved.
Experience:
At least 7 years experience in accounting finance or another relevant field;
At least 5 years experience in payroll benefits accounting and administrative support;
At least 3 years experience in purchasing activities including Request for Quotations (RFQs)
preparing comparative statements and preparing Purchase Orders (POs);
Highly computer literate with extensive experience in use of spreadsheets and ERP Packages.
Amongst candidates selection will be performed upon meeting the most of the above listed criteria

Knowledge of accounting budgeting and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles; Knowledge of automated Accounting Reporting Systems; Knowledge of Federal and State Financial Regulations; Able to analyze data and prepare financial reports statements and projections; In-depth knowledge of all Accepted Accounting Principles Program Regulations and Compliance Requirements as well as Code of Federal Regulations inherent to the Industry; Aware of the current trends and developments in Corporate Social reporting programs and needs; Government Regulations Executive Orders Agency Rules and the Democratic Political Process; Knowledge of Economic and Accounting Principles and Practices and reporting of financial data. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing management of files and records designing forms and other office procedures and terminology.
