Account Executive Arabic Speaker
Job Summary
CAE Inc. is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive sales growth and cultivate strong client relationships within the assigned territory or market segment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities managing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting networking and lead generation activities.
* Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships understanding their needs and positioning CAE solutions effectively.
* Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
* Prepare and present proposals negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. technical support product development) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and activity reports using CRM software.
* Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market developments.
* Represent CAE Inc. at industry events conferences and trade shows.
Qualifications:**
* Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
* Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales preferably within the aviation defense or simulation industry.
* Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client stakeholders.
* Self-motivated results-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM software
* Willingness to travel as required.
