Account Assistant
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daytoday accounting operations including data entry and maintaining financial records.

Process invoices receipts payments and reconcile accounts.
-
Support monthend and yearend financial close processes.
-
Assist with payroll preparation and tax filings.
-
Maintain and update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.

Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding payments and accounts.

Assist with internal and external audits.
-
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (or currently pursuing).

12 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Tally SAP).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.

Experience in preparing basic financial statements and reports.
