Safety Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Manager to ensure all health and safety protocols are implemented and maintained on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site safety practices risk management and regulatory compliance ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop implement and monitor safety policies and procedures on-site

Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and standards

Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures

Lead incident investigations and prepare reports with corrective actions

Provide safety training and induction to workers and subcontractors

Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Conduct regular site inspections and audits

Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to resolve safety issues

Maintain accurate documentation of safety records and incidents
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Manager on construction sites

In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices

Certification in Health and Safety (e.g. NEBOSH OSHA or equivalent) is preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Proficient in report writing and documentation
