Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Business Consultant with strong experience in AMER Tasheel and DED processes to join our team in Dubai.
Location: Dubai UAE
Experience: Minimum 3 years in UAE government service centers
Industry: Business Setup / PRO Services / Customer Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end company formation licensing and renewal processes via AMER Tasheel DED and other UAE government portals
- Guide clients on documentation and procedures for visas trade licenses and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to both Arabic and non-Arabic speaking clients
- Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to ensure smooth processing
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience with AMER Tasheel DED

Strong knowledge of UAE business setup and visa processing

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
