Project Coordinator
Job Summary
- Coordinate with various departmental teams to drive collaboration and achieve improved business results.
- Prepare review and maintain clear and well-structured business requirements and project documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage and finalize Requests for Information (RFIs) Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Provide monthly updates to management through detailed reports and presentations on project status and progress.
- Plan organize and coordinate usability testing (UT) sessionsboth moderated and unmoderatedto assess product performance and identify usability issues.
- Support the section in updating quarterly KPI results including actual outcomes actions taken impact analysis and corrective measures.
