Key Responsibilities:
Charge Nurse:
- Supervise and coordinate the nursing team ensuring efficient patient care.
- Manage patient assignments staff performance and patient flow.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards.
Clinical Nurse:
- Assess plan and deliver patient care.
- Administer medications monitor vital signs and document patient progress.
- Provide emotional support and patient education.
Patient Care Assistant:
- Assist with daily activities mobility and basic clinical tasks.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients.
Critical Care Nursing Manager:

Requirements
