- Lead and develop the IT department across all business entities ensuring strong infrastructure and seamless SAP operations.
- Design implement and manage scalable secure IT infrastructure including cloud services and disaster recovery.
- Oversee SAP SuccessFactors S/4HANA and ERP platforms ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and deploy AI/ML solutions to enhance business efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure IT operations run smoothly including troubleshooting backups system audits and cybersecurity compliance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT team and collaborate with other departments to address technological needs.
- Manage IT budgets vendor relationships and procurement processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote digital literacy and system adoption.
- Lead IT projects from initiation to completion ensuring objectives are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Contribute to strategic IT planning and evaluate new technologies to maintain competitiveness.
- Liaise with stakeholders and senior management to ensure alignment on IT initiatives and cross-functional projects.
