岗位职责1 主动获取更新改造业务信息通过安排拜访潜在客户并介绍KONE公司及其改造产品以达到和提高获取订单目标及市场占有率2 处理并提供获得订单之前的一切服务包括现场勘验技术方案制作交通流量分析提供布置草图递交投标文件3 与客户保持密切联系以跟进及汇报已递交标书的状态4 定时向销售经理准确地提供标书信息及反馈意见为进一步行动之决定提出建议5 依据公司政策全面跟进与客户之间所进行的销售合同协商6 安排完成销售合同的签署及项目的收款岗位要求1 理工科相关专业毕业专科及以上学历2 基本的英语阅读能力熟练的计算机操作水平3 良好的沟通技巧及谈判能力4 很强的客户服务意识及
