Territory Manager Field Sales
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Manager Field Sales to lead our field sales team drive business growth and achieve sales targets across assigned territories in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supervise and motivate the field sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Plan and execute effective field sales strategies within the assigned territory.
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide hands-on support to the sales team.
- Train coach and develop sales executives to improve productivity and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer reach within the territory.
Requirements
Requirements
- 23 years of UAE experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Previous Team Leader / Sales Supervisor experience is mandatory.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Field Sales / D2D Sales experience is highly preferred.
- Telecom sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.

Required Skills:
Minimum 02 years of managerial experience in GCC Modern Trade preferably within UAE telecom sales. Proven experience managing a large multi-location field sales team. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving staff productivity. Strong knowledge of retail sales operations performance management customer experience and compliance controls. Strong analytical coaching communication and stakeholder-management skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
