A), a prominent player in the Financial Services industry based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dedicated Tele Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Tele Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our financial products and services

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions

- Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system

- Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Provide product information and pricing details clearly and effectively

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations

Requirements & Skills:

- 1-2 years of experience in tele-sales or a similar role

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets consistently

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, and English

- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
