Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Steel Foreman to supervise and manage steel fixing activities on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in reinforcement works site coordination and supervising steel fixing teams for high-rise and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily steel fixing and reinforcement activities at site.
Read and interpret structural drawings bar bending schedules (BBS) and reinforcement details.
Allocate tasks and manage steel fixers and workers.
Ensure reinforcement works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor steel installation cutting bending and fixing activities.
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for smooth workflow.
Ensure proper placement spacing cover and alignment of reinforcement steel.
Conduct quality checks and report site issues.
Monitor manpower productivity and material usage.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
Maintain daily progress updates and coordinate with project teams.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Steel Foreman in construction projects.
Experience in high-rise buildings residential and villa projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of reinforcement works and structural drawings.
Ability to manage steel fixing teams effectively.
UAE construction experience is an advantage.
Good communication and site coordination skills.

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management. Strong experience with high-rise buildings residential and villa projects. Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge of construction processes project controls and UAE regulations. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple project teams and deliver projects successfully. Interested candidates can share their updated CVs.
