About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Specialist Dermatologist Aesthetic / Hair Transplant & Medical Director to join our clients clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical dermatology expertise with hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures and hair transplantation while providing clinical leadership as the clinics Medical Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct dermatology and aesthetic consultations assessments and personalized treatment planning.
- Perform and oversee hair transplant procedures including patient assessment treatment planning procedures and post-treatment follow-up.
- Perform aesthetic treatments such as Botox dermal fillers skin boosters PRP and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures within approved DHA privileges.
- Diagnose and manage dermatological conditions while maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical care.
- Serve as Medical Director overseeing clinical standards regulatory compliance patient safety and quality of care.
- Manage treatment outcomes complications informed consent clinical documentation and patient follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver a premium patient experience and support the continued growth of the practice.
Requirements
- European Western or Brazilian candidates preferred.
- Qualified Specialist Dermatologist with a valid DHA license.
- Proven hands-on hair transplant experience is required.
- Strong experience in aesthetic medicine and injectable/non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
- Previous Dubai/UAE aesthetic clinic experience is required.
- Ability to undertake the responsibilities of Medical Director in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication consultation leadership and patient-management skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to work with a premium and diverse clientele.
