Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Site Engineer in Dubai. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction / Engineering sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate site execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship materials and construction quality.
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors supervisors and project teams.
- Verify site measurements and quantities for completed work.
- Monitor project progress and report site updates to management.
- Ensure site activities comply with applicable safety and quality requirements.
- Identify technical or execution issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Required Skills
- Site Execution: Ability to supervise and coordinate construction activities effectively.
- Drawing Interpretation: Ability to understand engineering and construction drawings.
- Quality Control: Knowledge of monitoring workmanship and construction standards.
- Site Coordination: Ability to coordinate contractors subcontractors and project personnel.
- Site Safety: Working knowledge of safe construction-site practices.
Preferred Skills
- Quantity verification and measurement skills.
- Construction progress reporting and documentation.
- Familiarity with construction project coordination procedures.
Work Experience Requirements

Education
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
