- Develop ServiceNow architecture standards reference architectures patterns and governance.
- Define standards for workflows integrations CMDB CSDM security automation and applications.
- Review HLDs LLDs integrations data models and customizations.
- Provide architecture guidance and ensure scalability security and upgradeability.
- Identify technical debt risks and excessive customization.
Requirements
- 8 years of technology experience with strong ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations workflows CMDB CSDM security and automation.
- Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect is preferred.
- Government / regulated-sector / large-enterprise experience is an advantage.
