Senior Project Manager Global Projects & Industry Solutions Air & Sea Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

• Lead full door-to-door project logistics (heavy lift modules project cargo) operations from planning through final delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed project execution plans transportation schedules milestones and risk registers.
• Coordinate multimodal transportation involving international freight road sea barge rail heavy haul and specialized lifting operations.
• Manage movement of oversized out-of-gauge (OOG) breakbulk heavy lift and project cargo.
• Ensure all project deliveries are executed safely on schedule and within budget.

Technical & Engineering Coordination

• Review transportation studies lifting plans route surveys and method statements.
• Coordinate with transport engineers heavy lift contractors shipping lines and port operators.
• Assess technical feasibility for transportation and lifting operations.
• Evaluate transport routes bridge capacities road restrictions and permitting requirements.

Commercial Management

• Monitor project budgets cost controls and profitability.
• Manage subcontractors vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate rates and commercial terms with carriers transporters and project vendors.
• Identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

Education Bachelors / Masters in Logistics Supply Chain Engineering Business or a related discipline.

Work Experience 5-8 experience in project logistics heavy lift breakbulk or project cargo operations.
