About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Crewing Specialist to manage crew planning deployment compliance and crew administration activities for an international fleet.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring vessels are staffed with qualified personnel while maintaining compliance with maritime regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end crewing operations for assigned vessels.
• Coordinate recruitment deployment rotation and travel arrangements for seafarers.
• Ensure compliance with MLC requirements and company policies.
• Monitor crew certifications licenses medicals and training requirements.
• Liaise with manning agencies and external service providers.
• Maintain crew records and documentation.
• Support crew performance management and development initiatives.
• Coordinate with vessel masters and operational teams regarding crew requirements.
• Monitor crewing costs and workforce planning activities.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and mobilization processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of maritime/shipping industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Senior Crewing Specialist Crewing Officer or similar crewing role.
• Strong knowledge of MLC regulations and crew administration processes.
• Experience managing multinational crews.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English.
