What the role covers
- Deliver espresso-based drinks and brew methods to a consistent standard every service
- Own the coffee station: clean stocked and compliant at all times
- Hold quality and speed through a full morning rush
- Share your knowledge with guests without lecturing them
What were looking for
- Two to three years as a barista in a quality-focused high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of espresso brew methods milk texture and coffee origins
- Fluent English; a second European language is an advantage
