We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Corporate to join our growing team in Novotel & Adagio Dubai Al Barsha United Arab this pivotal role you will lead corporate sales initiatives develop strategic business relationships and drive revenue growth within the corporate segment. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate accounts identifying new business opportunities and executing innovative sales strategies that align with our organizational vision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans for the corporate market segment on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Identify prospect and cultivate new corporate business leads through strategic outreach networking and relationship building
  • Manage and nurture existing corporate accounts including contract negotiations account profiling and contract renewals to maximize long-term partnerships
  • Conduct regular site inspections and business development meetings with qualified prospects and existing clients to showcase offerings and identify upsell opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed targeted sales metrics and revenue goals through disciplined execution and consistent performance tracking
  • Analyze market trends monitor competitor strategies and provide actionable insights to maintain competitive advantage and inform strategic decisions
  • Conduct skilled negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
  • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports on account performance room nights production average rates and market analysis for senior management
  • Attend industry events trade shows and community business functions to enhance visibility build relationships and generate qualified leads
  • Cross-sell and up-sell organizational services and facilities at every opportunity to maximize revenue potential and customer satisfaction
  • Mentor and support sales team members fostering a collaborative and motivational work environment that drives collective success
  • Maintain transparent communication with the Director of Sales & Marketing regarding market opportunities business leads and strategic recommendations

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing Hospitality Management or related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in corporate sales account management or business development in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM software platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data market trends and financial metrics
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills with proven ability to close complex deals
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience in team building motivation and performance management
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value
