besteya, a leading software development company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create effective sales campaigns.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in CRM system.


Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Proven track record of 2-4 years in software sales.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
