SaaS Technology Sales & Business Development Executive (Arabic Speaker)

This is a remote position.

Black Pearl Consult is looking for a commercially driven Arabic-speaking SaaS Technology Sales & Business Development Executive to support the growth of a digital platform serving the padel industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients building a sales pipeline from scratch presenting the platform to padel club owners and operators and converting prospects into paying clients. The initial focus will be on the UAE market followed by expansion across the GCC.

Candidates with direct experience in padel operations sports technology SaaS sales or B2B business development are encouraged to apply.

• Identify and approach potential clients including padel clubs sports facilities and club operators across the UAE and GCC.
  
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch through cold calling networking referrals LinkedIn and direct outreach.
  
• Present and demonstrate the SaaS platform highlighting how it can streamline club operations and improve business efficiency.
  
• Conduct client meetings understand operational challenges and recommend suitable platform solutions.
  
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiations onboarding and closing deals.
  
• Achieve the target of onboarding 14 new clients per month.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with club owners decision-makers and key industry stakeholders.
  
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and opportunities for business expansion.
  
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and gather feedback to support platform improvements.
  
• Maintain accurate sales records pipeline reports and performance updates.
  
  

• Previous experience in SaaS sales technology sales B2B sales or business development.
  
• Knowledge of padel club operations sports facilities or the sports and leisure industry is highly desirable.
  
• Strong understanding of prospecting lead generation product demonstrations negotiation and closing sales.
  
• Ability to build a sales pipeline independently and consistently generate new business.
  
• Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
  
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
  
• Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
  
• Must currently reside in the UAE.
  
• Valid UAE driving licence required.
  
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events within the GCC.
