Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial and management reports to support strategic decision-making
Monitor budgets expenditures and financial commitments; perform variance analysis and provide recommendations
Lead month-end/year-end closing activities reconciliations and audit coordination (internal & external)
Develop and enhance financial policies procedures and internal control frameworks in line with regulations
Prepare financial memoranda analytical reports and management insights
Support financial planning risk management and continuous improvement of financial operations
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
Professional certification (CPA ACCA CMA or equivalent) is preferred
810 years of relevant experience in finance accounting auditing or financial planning
Prior experience in government entities regulatory authorities or structured organizations is an advantage
Strong knowledge of accounting standards financial reporting and internal controls
Experience from Big 4 or government-sector environments is highly preferred
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
