Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of QC Inspector (Steel Fabrication) in Dubai UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Steel Fabrication sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect incoming materials and verify traceability and compliance requirements.

Perform fit-up inspections and visual welding inspections.

Conduct dimensional inspections of fabricated steel and bridge components.

Monitor fabrication activities for compliance with drawings and specifications.

Inspect blasting surface preparation and painting activities.

Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.

Report non-conformities and support corrective actions.

Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers Supervisors and Production teams.

Required Skills

Welding Inspection Verification of weld quality and compliance.

Dimensional Control Accurate measurement and alignment verification.

AWS D1.5 Knowledge Understanding of bridge welding requirements.

Material Traceability Verification of material identification records.

QA/QC Documentation Inspection reports checklists and records management.

Preferred Skills

Experience in bridge fabrication projects.

Familiarity with Total Station and Dumpy Level equipment.

Exposure to Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).

Work Experience Requirements

Experience requirements were not specified in the posting. Typical experience for this role is 38 years in structural steel fabrication bridge fabrication or heavy engineering projects. Experience in welding inspection dimensional control and coating inspection environments is typically preferred.

Education

Minimum: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical (Typical)

Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Additional: Welding Inspection or QA/QC Certifications (Preferred)

Required Skills:

Qualification: Any Degree / ITI / Diploma Age: 2023 years or 3540 years Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license Willingness to travel and relocate to other states
