QA/QC Manager: responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.

more than 5 years of QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

Middle East experience, preferably in the UAE, with ADNOC project or similar industry experience.

Qualified in:

NDT Level II in (Non-Destructive Testing)

CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspection

BGAS Grade 2 Painting Inspection

Strong knowledge of API standards and ISO 9001, ISO 14001& ISO 45001 etc. management systems, including audit and certification processes.

Experience in handling customer orders, quality documentation, and coordinating third-party inspections.

Familiar with welding, coating, inspection, testing, and quality management for valves or related industrial equipment.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


Frontline Sales engineers: working in CIS and India (5 to 6 years’ experience in valve industry)

inside sales engineers: located in India (5 to 6 years’ experience in valve industry)

responsibilities:

■ Respond to inbound inquiries related to valves, actuators and spare parts via phone, email, and other digital platforms.

■ Proactively engage with customers to understand their technical needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

■ Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.

■ Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and detailed product presentations for customers.

■ Decipher customer inquiries and specifications and organize them in the prescribed Excel format for clear understanding by the Costing and Engineering teams.

■ Provide pre-sales technical support, answering product-related questions and resolving technical issues.

■ Work with the engineering team to ensure accurate and timely responses to client queries, specifications and requirements.

■ Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the product range, industry standards, and market trends.

■ Manage customer relationships by providing prompt and efficient service, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.

■ Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.

■ Support the sales team in meeting revenue targets and contributing to overall company growth.

■ Support other departments whenever required during post order execution.
