Black & Grey HR is recruiting an experienced Project Controls Manager for a leading contracting and construction company. The role will be responsible for project planning cost control progress monitoring risk management and management reporting across large-scale high-rise construction projects.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules budgets and control systems.- Establish project baselines and regularly track actual progress against planned targets.- Identify schedule delays cost variations risks and potential project bottlenecks.- Prepare recovery plans and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.- Monitor project costs cash flow resource requirements and overall performance.- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management.- Coordinate closely with project site procurement commercial and finance teams.- Support management with reliable project data forecasts and performance analysis.- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved timeline budget and quality requirements.
Requirements
- B.E./ in Civil Engineering.- Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and controls within the construction industry.- Strong experience with contracting companies and large-scale high-rise projects.- Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and Microsoft Excel.- Good understanding of scheduling cost control forecasting risk management and progress reporting.- Strong analytical coordination communication and reporting skills.
