Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure safe efficient and GMP-compliant production of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise dispensing manufacturing and packaging activities to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure all production activities comply with cGMP SOPs EHS standards hygiene and PPE requirements.
- Monitor production output efficiency yield wastage and adherence to planned timelines.
- Ensure readiness qualification calibration and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
- Review batch records SOPs protocols reports and other manufacturing documents.
- Initiate and support deviation investigations CAPA change controls and timely quality-document closure.
- Coordinate material availability with Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.
- Support internal audits customer audits and regulatory inspections.
- Lead train and develop production personnel to build a high-performing team.
- Identify and implement continuous-improvement initiatives to improve productivity quality and cost control.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Solid dosage form manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP batch documentation quality systems and manufacturing controls.
- Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills.

Required Skills:
