Seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for a large construction workforce across multiple project sites. Construction industry payroll experience and fluency in Arabic and English are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate timely monthly payroll for site workers and office staff.
  
• Validate attendance site timesheets overtime unpaid leave and allowances with timekeepers and project teams.
  
• Process WPS files salary adjustments leave salary and end-of-service settlements.
  
• Reconcile payroll with HR records and Finance resolving discrepancies before payment.
  
• Prepare project-wise payroll reports and manpower cost allocations.
  
• Handle employee payroll queries and maintain confidential audit-ready records.
  

• Proven experience independently managing high-volume payroll within the UAE construction industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of WPS UAE payroll requirements overtime calculations and employee settlements.
  
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with payroll systems or ERP software.
  
• Ability to coordinate across sites and meet strict payroll deadlines.
