We are looking for an experienced and skilled Paratha Maker who can prepare different types of parathas efficiently while maintaining high standards of taste hygiene and food quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook different types of parathas according to recipes and customer requirements.
- Prepare dough fillings and other ingredients.
- Roll shape and cook parathas properly.
- Maintain consistency in taste size and quality.
- Keep the kitchen and cooking area clean and hygienic.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage ingredients and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff during busy hours.
- Clean and maintain cooking equipment and utensils.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Paratha Maker Roti Maker or similar role.
- Good knowledge of dough preparation and paratha-making techniques.
- Ability to prepare plain and stuffed parathas.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required.
