About HYF Medical Center

HYF Medical Center is an international medical center located in Jumeirah 1 Dubai providing premium healthcare services to local international and VIP patients.

We are looking for a professional reliable and technically skilled IT Specialist to manage and support the medical centers IT infrastructure systems hardware software and day-to-day technical operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stable and secure operation of computers networks communication systems HIS/EMR platforms business software and other IT equipment while providing timely technical support to doctors nurses administrative and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & Network Management

Maintain and monitor the medical centers IT infrastructure network and internet connectivity.

Configure and maintain routers switches Wi-Fi printers and other network devices.

Troubleshoot network connectivity and system performance issues.

Ensure stable and reliable internet and internal network operations.

Coordinate with external IT and internet service providers when required.

Maintain network security and access controls.

2. Hardware & Software Support

Install configure and maintain computers laptops printers scanners and other IT equipment.

Provide technical support to doctors nurses and administrative staff.

Troubleshoot hardware software and system-related issues.

Install and update operating systems applications and security software.

Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

Coordinate equipment repairs and replacement when necessary.

3. HIS / EMR & Healthcare Systems

Provide technical support for HIS EMR and other healthcare management systems.

Assist staff with system access user accounts and basic system troubleshooting.

Coordinate with HIS/EMR vendors for technical issues and system support.

Support integration between healthcare systems and other business applications where required.

Ensure systems are available and functioning properly during clinic operations.

Assist with system configuration and user permissions.

4. Business Software & IT Systems

Support company software and platforms including Odoo and other business management systems.

Manage employee email accounts user accounts and access permissions.

Assist with domain email and cloud-based system management.

Support CRM HR accounting and other internal software systems.

Coordinate with software vendors and external IT service providers.

5. Data Backup & Security

Implement and monitor regular data backup procedures.

Maintain secure storage of important business and operational data.

Assist with data recovery and system restoration when required.

Monitor antivirus firewall and other basic cybersecurity measures.

Control user access to systems and confidential information.

Ensure IT systems comply with company security and confidentiality policies.

6. CCTV Access Control & Communication Systems

Provide basic technical support for CCTV systems access control systems and related equipment.

Support telephone WhatsApp Business and other communication systems where required.

Coordinate with external vendors for installation maintenance and troubleshooting.

Ensure critical communication and security systems remain operational.

7. IT Helpdesk & User Support

Respond to daily IT support requests from employees.

Diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly and professionally.

Provide basic training and guidance to employees on IT systems and software.

Maintain records of IT incidents repairs and technical issues.

Prioritize urgent technical issues that may affect patient care or clinic operations.

8. IT Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Assist with purchasing computers networking equipment software and other IT-related products.

Obtain quotations and compare technical specifications and prices.

Coordinate with IT suppliers and service providers.

Monitor warranties maintenance contracts and service agreements.

Recommend suitable IT solutions based on the medical centers operational requirements.

9. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain IT asset and equipment records.

Maintain system configuration and technical documentation.

Keep records of software licenses warranties and maintenance contracts.

Prepare regular IT status and issue reports for management.

Maintain confidentiality of company employee and patient-related information.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or diploma in Information Technology Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.

24 years of relevant IT experience.

Previous experience in a medical center hospital clinic or healthcare organization is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware software networking and troubleshooting.

Experience with Windows operating systems Microsoft 365 and common business applications.

Experience with HIS / EMR systems is highly preferred.

Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Experience with email systems cloud platforms networking and user account management.

Basic knowledge of IT security data backup and access control.

Experience coordinating with IT vendors and service providers.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
