Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Investment Advisor Off-Plan to join our Dubai team on a commission-only basis. This role focuses exclusively on off-plan property sales working closely with leading developers and high-net-worth investors.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial client-focused and thrives in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source and qualify investors for Dubai off-plan developments
Present investment opportunities aligned with client financial goals
Conduct property consultations virtual and in-person presentations
Maintain strong relationships with developers and project sales teams
Stay up to date with market trends launches and pricing strategies
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain a strong personal brand within the luxury real estate sector

Requirements

Experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan experience preferred)
Strong sales negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to generate own leads and build a pipeline
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Professional appearance and strong work ethic

This position is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who are comfortable working on a commission-only structure and are motivated by high earning potential rather than fixed salary security.
