International Service Coordinator – UAE Nationals Only

A leading multinational organisation in the healthcare and diagnostics industry is looking for an International Service Coordinator to support international customer programmes and ensure smooth service delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of international customer programmes and service activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers suppliers external partners and internal teams.
• Manage customer enquiries service requests and operational follow-ups.
• Maintain programme documentation certifications and customer records accurately.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and locations ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Monitor service progress identify operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements:

• UAE Nationals with a valid Family Book only.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in customer service service coordination administration or operational support is preferred.
• Strong communication interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel Outlook and Word.
• Proactive customer-focused and capable of working independently in an international environment.
