About HYF Medical Center

HYF Medical Center is an international medical center located in Jumeirah 1 Dubai providing premium healthcare services to local international and VIP patients.

We are looking for a responsible hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Cleaner to maintain a clean hygienic and professional environment throughout the medical center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of patient areas consultation rooms offices common areas and other facilities while following appropriate hygiene and cleaning procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. General Cleaning

Clean and maintain patient rooms consultation rooms treatment areas offices and common areas.

Sweep mop and vacuum floors regularly.

Clean windows doors furniture counters and other surfaces.

Dust and clean equipment and non-medical surfaces as required.

Keep the medical center clean organized and presentable at all times.

2. Medical Center Hygiene

Follow proper cleaning and hygiene procedures in a healthcare environment.

Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness in patient and treatment areas.

Properly handle and dispose of general cleaning waste according to company procedures.

Immediately report any hygiene cleaning or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

3. Washroom & Common Area Maintenance

Clean and disinfect toilets washrooms and sinks.

Refill soap tissues toilet paper and other hygiene supplies.

Maintain cleanliness of reception waiting areas corridors and staff areas.

Ensure common areas remain clean and comfortable for patients and staff.

4. Cleaning Supplies

Properly use and store cleaning products and equipment.

Monitor cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.

Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.

Keep the cleaning/storage area clean and organized.

5. Support for Daily Operations

Assist with preparing rooms before and after patient use when required.

Support the team in maintaining the overall appearance of the medical center.

Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by management.

Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when interacting with patients visitors and staff.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Cleaner Housekeeper or similar position is preferred.

Previous experience in a medical center hospital clinic hotel or other professional environment is an advantage.

Knowledge of basic cleaning and hygiene procedures.

Able to use common cleaning equipment and products safely.

Physically fit and able to perform daily cleaning duties.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable punctual and responsible.

Good attention to detail.

Previous experience in the UAE is preferred.

Language Requirements

Basic English Preferred

Ability to understand simple workplace instructions.

Arabic Hindi Urdu Nepali Filipino or Chinese Advantage.
