Lead and manage the HR function across all ICS branches reporting directly to senior management. Oversee and coordinate the recruitment process for teaching and administrative staff both locally and internationally. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with UAE labor laws and school regulations. Provide guidance and support to HR Officers at each branch on employee relations disciplinary actions and performance management.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree or HR certification is an advantage).Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership experience in the education sector or school operations in the UAE is highly understanding of UAE labor laws recruitment best practices and HR policies.
