The Role
The Head of E-Commerce & Omnichannel will own the digital revenue stream across all online channels. This role will oversee platform performance customer acquisition conversion optimisation and digital merchandising. A key mandate will be integrating online and offline experiences to create a seamless omnichannel journey. The role will manage cross-functional teams across marketing technology and operations. This position will also lead partnerships with marketplaces payment providers and logistics partners. Profitability scalability and data-driven decision-making will be central to the roles success.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must have senior experience in e-commerce or digital commerce within retail or consumer environments. Strong understanding of digital funnels UX performance marketing and analytics is essential. Experience scaling e-commerce in the UAE or regional markets is highly preferred. The ideal candidate combines commercial ownership with digital execution capability. Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams is required. A customer-centric mindset and strong stakeholder management skills are critical.
