- Direct end-to-end store and warehouse operations across project sites and central warehouses.
- Design and implement robust inventory control strategies to ensure optimal stock availability and accuracy.
- Oversee the full cycle of receiving storage issuance and distribution of construction materials tools equipment and consumables.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies health safety and environmental (HSE) standards and internal audit requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement Project Management Finance and Logistics teams to facilitate efficient material flow.
- Champion process improvements digitalization initiatives and industry best practices in store management.
- Lead mentor and develop store management personnel to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Prepare budgets forecasts and comprehensive management reports for senior leadership review.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Engineering Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in store management warehousing or supply chain operations within the construction sector.
- At least 810 years in a senior leadership capacity with demonstrated responsibility for managing large teams and multiple geographically dispersed locations.
- Exceptional leadership stakeholder engagement and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Strong analytical planning and organizational skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
