This an excellent opportunity for a funds lawyer to join this international law firm headquartered in England with a market leading practice.

You will be advising on the formation and structuring of closedended funds investment platforms and singleasset vehicles and addition you will also work on investment management and fund governance matters across the Middle East.

This partner also has a market leading corporate practice and you will also be involved in some complex crossborder M&A JV PE and VC matters.
