Were looking for someone with hands-on experience creating high-quality performance-focused assets for platforms like Meta Youll also support landing page and social media design when needed but strong paid advertising experience is the key requirement.
What Youll Do
Design compelling paid ad creatives across different platforms and formats.
Create creative variations for testing and optimization.
Turn marketing goals and messaging into scroll-stopping visual concepts.
Collaborate with the marketing/growth team on campaign creatives.
Support landing page and social media design when needed.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience designing paid advertising creatives this is a must.
Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad work.
Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused design.
Proficiency in Figma Photoshop Illustrator or similar tools.
Landing page and social media design experience is a plus.
Motion/video design experience
