Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Find new corporate clients event planners and social bookings through proactive outreach.
Event Sales: Sell indoor dining spaces private rooms and outdoor catering options.
Client Management: Host site inspections create custom proposals and menus and close contracts.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work with kitchen operations and banquet teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Revenue Tracking: Monitor sales pipelines forecast monthly revenue and report target progress.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in hospitality business or marketing (preferred).
Experience: 2 to 5 years of hospitality sales or catering experience.
Skills: Strong negotiation presentation and client-relationship abilities.
