Engineering Project Manager

Faszination GmbH is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key leader you will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects from conception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for engineering excellence.

• Lead and manage engineering projects ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project .
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project lifecycles.
• Mentor and guide team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering project management. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within engineering project management.
