Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Electrical Service Engineer in Ras Al Khaimah UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Electromechanical / Electrical Contracting sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machine electrical faults.
- Perform installation servicing and preventive maintenance of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot Siemens Fanuc and Mitsubishi PLC-controlled systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Repair electrical panels drives sensors and control systems.
- Attend customer service calls and provide onsite technical support.
- Maintain service reports and document completed maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
Required Skills
- CNC Machine Service Hands-on servicing and maintenance of CNC equipment.
- PLC Troubleshooting Experience with Siemens Fanuc and Mitsubishi PLC systems.
- Electrical Diagnostics Ability to identify and rectify electrical faults.
- Preventive Maintenance Conduct scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Technical Documentation Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with industrial automation systems.
- Knowledge of VFDs servo drives and HMI systems.
- Strong customer service and field support skills.
Work Experience Requirements
Relevant experience is not specified in the posting. Typical: 37 years of experience in CNC machine electrical servicing PLC troubleshooting and industrial maintenance within manufacturing or electromechanical environments.
Education
- Minimum: Diploma / B.E. / in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Typical)
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Additional Certifications: PLC Programming / Industrial Automation Certifications (Preferred)
Required Skills:
- Leverage your knowledge of electrical systems with a preference for those from an industrial background (UPS Solar Inverters APFC Drive). - Clearly communicate the technical benefits of our solutions to clients.
Required Education:
5 years for Diploma 2-3 years for BE/.
