Key Responsibilities:Control and manage project documentation according to company all documents are up-to-date properly filed and with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure accurate document confidentiality and security of sensitive and update logs registers and trackers for incoming/outgoing and retrieve documents as per project or departmental document numbering and formatting standards are audit and compliance requirements by providing necessary :Bachelors degree or Diploma in Administration or related 24 years of experience in a similar role (construction or engineering field preferred).Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and document control software (e.g. Aconex EDMS Procore).Strong organizational and time-management written and verbal communication in -oriented with strong record-keeping with ISO documentation standards is a :Competitive tax-free salaryUAE visa and medical insurancePaid annual leave and public holidaysCareer development and training opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentHow to Apply:Interested candidates should email their updated CV to with the subject: Document Controller Dubai Application.
