ملخص الوظيفة
To manage a customer warranty obligations on behalf of the organization across newly handed over properties. Oversees a team of engineering qualified staff (internal) and external contractors to address service requests and achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Support delivery of the DLP management plan and implement in accordance with company policies.
- Drive team effectiveness Post-Handover functions i.e. Defect Liability Period
- Ensure issuance of notifications and instructions to the Contractor/Consultant driving compliance in accordance with policies.
- Drive close out of service requests to a highly satisfied customer scoring.
- Support a performance driven culture and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Deliver a seamless workflow and manage delays and escalations (if any) in a coordinated and effective manner.
- Co-ordinate with all departments concerned in order to maintain Defect Liability Period obligations to clients consistently and to best practices.
- Approach Defect Liability Period requests from the clients perspective handle clients and escalations towards a positive outcome.
- Deliver a high monthly close out rate in adherence with SLA obligations.
- Lead a small to medium team.
- Deal with escalated cases and special projects in support of the DLP Manager.
- Scheduling and prioritization of daily service requests to team.
- Audit and inspection of works completed to maintain a high standard.
